Videxio and Pexip, both leading players in the enterprise collaboration market, today confirmed that their proposed merger has received regulatory, shareholder and Board approval. The merger became effective as of 28th December and the newly registered joint company is called Pexip.

Pexip will move into new joint headquarters in Oslo, Norway in February 2019. The Company will serve more than 300 partners globally, with users in more than 195 countries. It will be led by a strong leadership and founder team from both companies.
