This past week, Videxio was awarded the Gazelle prize for the Akershus district of Norway. This is a prestigious prize, which is given out by Dagens Naeringsliv, the largest and most influential financial newspaper in Norway.
To be nominated, companies have to have a proven track record of profitable growth, having delivered approved financial statements and accumulated operating profit over the last four years. Based on a combination of criteria, Videxio won the prize for our large district in Norway, and will go forward to the Norwegian national finals in December.
Why a Gazelle?
According to Wikepedia, Gazelles are known as swift animals. Some are able to run at bursts as high as 100 km/h (60 mph) or run at a sustained speed of 50 km/h (30 mph). Correspondingly, at Videxio we have a very flat organizational structure, making us swift and nibble and resilient, and allowing us to drive innovation. It also means that we can quickly respond to changes in the market and customer needs as and when they arise.
What does this mean for Videxio users?
The prize signifies how motivated we are to grow Videxio and reinvest into developing an even greater service.
I would like to personally thank the Videxio team for always going the last mile to offer a top-level service to our partners and customers. I am proud to work with a group of fun, smart, motivated people who don’t take themselves too seriously. I believe this is a great platform for continued growth and I look forward to the next chapter.
